The Process
We start by getting to know you: who you are, how you operate, and what you see for your future self. Then we work, and we work hard. Starting with a baseline of body/mind awareness and functional movement, we quickly and steadily progress through stability and balance training, muscular endurance, strength, and power. The goal is to create a baseline that allows you to achieve any goal, no matter how lofty.
Hi, I’m Ragnar Wiborg. I was born, raised, and have made my longtime home in Tacoma, Washington. I am a certified personal trainer and breathwork teacher with nearly twenty years of professional experience. I’ve dedicated my life to learning as much as I can about health, fitness, mind, performance, and the embodied human experience. I am incredibly excited to share what I’ve learned with you!
